Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri held a meeting with Grigore‑Kalev Stoicescu, Chair of the National Defence Committee of the Riigikogu of the Republic of Estonia, TRIBUNA reports.

The discussions focused on current developments in the Transnistrian settlement process, the regional security environment, and the efforts of the constitutional authorities of the Republic of Moldova to advance a peaceful and gradual reintegration of the country, in full respect of its sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Vice Prime Minister Chiveri expressed appreciation for Estonia’s consistent support in strengthening Moldova’s resilience, advancing the country’s European path, and promoting institutional modernization. He underlined the importance of maintaining close cooperation with European partners in the current regional context.
