  • Fridrik Jónsson, Ambassador of the Republic of Iceland, resident in Warsaw
  • Jennifer Troup, Ambassador of New Zealand, resident in Brussels
  • Ilyas Mehmood Nizami, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, resident in Bucharest
  • Juan Francisco Facetti, Ambassador of the Republic of Paraguay, resident in Vienna
