A delegation of members of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland is visiting the Republic of Moldova from 10–12 May, TRIBUNA reports.
At the Parliament, the Polish MPs will meet with the Speaker of the Legislature, Igor Grosu. Discussions are also scheduled with the Deputy Speaker and Chair of the Foreign Policy Committee, Doina Gherman, as well as with Larisa Voloh, Chair of the Friendship Group with the Republic of Poland, and its members. The agenda further includes a meeting with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Carolina Perebinos.
Talks will focus on strengthening bilateral cooperation, including at the parliamentary level, and on opportunities to deepen the partnership in areas of shared interest. The MPs will also exchange views on Moldova’s European integration path and on best practices relevant to the EU accession process.
