Today in Strasbourg, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mihai Popșoi is paying a working visit to the Council of Europe in his capacity as Chair of the Committee of Ministers, TRIBUNA reports.
The programme includes meetings with the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Petra Bayr, and the Secretary General of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities, Mathieu Mori.
On 21 April, at 16:30 (Chisinau time), the Moldovan official will address the plenary of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, followed by a Q&A session. His speech marks the Republic of Moldova’s final address to PACE during its Presidency of the Committee of Ministers, a mandate set to conclude in May 2026.
