A delegation of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, which includes MPs from the Party of Socialists (PSRM), is undertaking an official visit to the People’s Republic of China from 21 to 30 April. The delegation is headed by Deputy Speaker Vlad Batrîncea, who also serves as Chair of the Moldova–China Friendship Group, TRIBUNA reports.
The visit is organized at the invitation of the Chinese side and aims to advance interparliamentary cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and the People’s Republic of China.
During the visit, MPs from five parliamentary factions will hold meetings with the leadership of the National People’s Congress of China and representatives of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The programme also includes participation in an international conference in Shenzhen and working meetings at several major Chinese technology companies.
Throughout the visit, discussions will focus on strengthening institutional dialogue and expanding cooperation in key areas of mutual interest.
