This week, MPs will hear the 2025 activity report of the Audiovisual Council during a plenary sitting. The Standing Bureau has approved the agenda for the plenary session scheduled for Thursday, 26 March, starting at 11:00, TRIBUNA reports.
In the second reading, MPs will examine the draft law aimed at stimulating the development of the Giurgiulești International Free Port, as well as the legislative initiative regulating the activity of real estate agents. The draft law providing support measures for the business environment will also be reviewed.
The agenda further includes a draft law on strengthening gender balance in the governing bodies of companies whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, as well as an initiative concerning VAT and excise duties applied in localities on the left bank of the Dniester.
In the first reading, MPs will examine a draft amendment to the Contravention Code, which provides for the recording of traffic violations committed with vehicles registered in other states.
Other items on the agenda include amendments to the Law on Veterans and the introduction of mandatory country‑of‑origin labeling for food products.
