The General Mayor, Ion Ceban, reports that municipal services worked continuously throughout the night, with workers still in the field at this hour, TRIBUNA informs.

“The roads are passable, under winter conditions, and we are able to go to school and work.

I have been in constant contact with the district heads and department chiefs, together with all the workers from every municipal service who are out in the field, and we are coordinating hour by hour,” the mayor noted.

At present, work continues on clearing the roadway—both the entrances to and exits from Chișinău, access routes, stations, and the areas around social and educational institutions. On some streets, teams are intervening repeatedly to ensure safety.

“I kindly ask everyone to stay alert, whether you are driving or walking”, Ion Ceban concluded.
