Alexandru Harea is the new director of the State Protection and Guard Service (SPPS), TRIBUNA reports.

A decree to this effect was signed yesterday, February 12, by President Maia Sandu.

Alexandru Harea has worked for more than 20 years within the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Moldova, where he held several positions.
