At its meeting yesterday, the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) approved the institution’s Activity Report for 2025, in line with the actions set out in the 2024–2026 Strategic Plan, TRIBUNA reports.
According to the document, the CEC’s main achievements in 2025 focused on four specific objectives: increasing institutional transparency, strengthening political and electoral integrity, ensuring continuous commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in the electoral field, and enhancing the professionalism of the CEC Apparatus staff.
During the same meeting, the CEC also approved the Commission’s Activity Plan for 2026, aligned with the 2024–2026 Strategic Programme. The plan includes sets of actions, monitoring indicators, and designated implementation responsibilities within the Commission’s Apparatus.
