Igor Grosu, leader of the governing Action and Solidarity Party (PAS), presented ten key actions achieved in 2025:

1. Completion of the Energy Independence Line — Vulcănești–Chișinău.
2. Securing the largest financial package ever granted to Moldova — €1.9 billion.
3. Completion of 202 projects under the “European Village II” program.
4. A record number of students chose to continue their studies at Moldovan universities.
5. Introduction of free meals for students in grades 5–9.
6. Allocation of the largest-ever budget for road infrastructure — 3.2 billion MDL.
7. Launch of a major local road rehabilitation program — “Europe is Near” — financing 579 projects.
8. Inclusion of the Cobza in UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage.
9. Moldova’s accession to the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA).
10. Together with citizens, securing once again a pro‑European parliamentary majority to advance Moldova’s EU accession path.
