Cristina Gherasimov in Orhei: “The more united we are as a society and the more we act together, side by side, the easier it will be for us to build Europe in every community”

During a working visit to Orhei, Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov met with mayors from nearly 30 localities in the district, TRIBUNA reports.

“I explained step by step where we stand and what we need to do in the coming period. I spoke to them about opportunities to access European funds and how they can modernize their communities. Some of them have already taken part in a study visit to Brussels, where they learned about European institutions, practices, and the people who work every day to advance our country’s European agenda,” Cristina Gherasimov said.

The Deputy Prime Minister discussed local challenges with the elected officials and shared an encouraging message: “The more united we are as a society and the more we act together, side by side, the easier it will be for us to build Europe in every village and town.”
