The Head of the National Police, Viorel Cernăuțeanu, in a congratulatory message, stated: “35 years of Police means a history built through work, sacrifice, and devotion. These are years marked by sleepless nights, difficult interventions, assumed decisions, and the daily responsibility of serving the people,” TRIBUNA reports.

“Behind every uniform there is a person — with emotions, family, and concerns — but also with the strength to move forward and fulfill their duty with honor. Today, all those who, throughout these 35 years, contributed to consolidating the Police and remained united, supporting each other, are appreciated.

These years have meant transformation, effort, and institutional maturity, but above all the commitment to serve citizens.

I thank all police officers currently in service, I respect the veterans who laid the foundations of the institution, and I value the partners who stand by us.
