Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mihai Popșoi will participate in the Sir Bani Yas Forum 2025, held in Abu Dhabi from December 12–14, at the invitation of the UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, TRIBUNA reports.
The Sir Bani Yas Forum is one of the most significant international events for strategic dialogue, held annually in the UAE, bringing together ministers, senior officials, and leaders of global institutions to discuss current issues.
During the Forum, Deputy Prime Minister Mihai Popșoi will hold a bilateral meeting with the UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
It is worth noting that on August 4, Mihai Popșoi and his Emirati counterpart signed the Agreement on the abolition of the visa regime, while the Memorandum on mutual recognition and conversion of driving licenses is in its final stage of signing.
The program also includes meetings with other officials from Moldova’s partner states, aimed at promoting the country’s interests.
