Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu held a meeting with members of the European Business Association of Moldova (EBA), during which he discussed the Government’s priorities regarding European integration and the implementation of necessary reforms to ensure economic growth and support for the business environment.
The proposals focus on simplifying the regulatory framework and reducing bureaucracy, promoting e-commerce and the digitalization of economic processes, and improving state aid schemes. Recently, the Government approved an increase in the budget of the Regional State Aid Scheme from 2 billion to 4 billion lei. Another important topic addressed was the diversification of programs within the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA).
During the meeting, EBA representatives presented the entrepreneurs’ vision on the development and competitiveness of the business environment in our country.
