The number of voters registered in the State Voter Register, as of December 1, 2025, is 3,299,340. Out of the total number of voters registered in the State Voter Register (3,299,340), 2,763,537 citizens with the right to vote are assigned to level II administrative-territorial units, TRIBUNA reports.

The difference includes persons who hold the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova but do not have a registered domicile or residence, including those who have officially emigrated abroad (258,330 persons), as well as citizens with the right to vote whose domicile is registered in the administrative-territorial units on the left bank of the Dniester, which are temporarily outside the sovereign control of the constitutional authorities of the Republic of Moldova (277,473 persons).
