In November, Parliament convened in three plenary sessions. During these meetings, deputies adopted 22 normative acts — including 6 laws and 16 decisions, TRIBUNA reports.

Additionally, last month Parliament voted in the first reading on 15 legislative initiatives. At the same time, 46 new projects entered the legislative procedure.

Among the adopted acts was the rectification of the state budget for 2025, which redistributed budgetary resources to provide compensation for electricity and cover social payments. In the second reading, deputies also voted to denounce the Agreement concluded with the Russian Federation concerning the activity of cultural centers.

Other draft laws, voted in the first reading, addressed public procurement legislation, the procedure for appointing the governing bodies of the National Bank of Moldova, as well as the legal framework for managing public property.

In November, deputies also voted on the draft decision regarding the election of alternate members in Parliament’s permanent committees, as well as the modification of the nominal composition of these committees.

Before being voted in the plenary, draft normative acts were examined by the permanent committees. Over the past month, these committees convened in 26 meetings, during which they approved 53 reports, 9 joint reports, and 33 opinions.
