The 12th legislature of the Moldovan Parliament will have 12 delegations to international and bilateral parliamentary organizations. A decision outlining the numerical and nominal composition of these delegations has been adopted, specifying each delegation’s head, members, and alternate members, according to TRIBUNA.

- Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE): Headed by Ion Groza (PAS), continuing from the previous legislature.
- EURONEST Parliamentary Assembly: Led by Adrian Băluțel (PAS).
- Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC): Headed by Petru Burduja (Socialist Party).
- NATO Parliamentary Assembly: Led by Lilian Carp (PAS), Chair of the National Security, Defense, and Public Order Committee.
- Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU): Led by Alexandru Verșinin (Democrația Acasă).
- OSCE Parliamentary Assembly: Headed by Veronica Roșca (PAS), Chair of the Legal, Appointments, and Immunities Committee.

The position of co-chair of the Moldova–Poland Parliamentary Assembly remains vacant and is reserved for the opposition.
