Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mihai Popșoi will participate in the meeting of foreign ministers on security and interregional connectivity, held in Luxembourg on the sidelines of the European Union Foreign Affairs Council. His participation comes at the invitation of the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, the European Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos, and the European Commissioner for International Partnerships, Jozef Síkela, TRIBUNA reports.
The meeting is structured into two sessions: one focused on security, bringing together states from the Black Sea region and EU member states, and another dedicated to connectivity, which will also include countries from Central Asia.
In the context of this event, Deputy Prime Minister Mihai Popșoi will hold a bilateral meeting with European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos to discuss matters related to the EU’s foreign and security policy, in the framework of Moldova’s accession process to the European Union.
Additionally, during the ministerial meeting, Mihai Popșoi will engage in a series of bilateral discussions with counterparts from EU member states as well as with partners from outside the European Union.
