The Constitutional Court is reviewing the petition submitted by the Central Electoral Commission regarding the confirmation of the results of the parliamentary elections held on September 28, 2025, and the validation of the mandates of the elected members of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, TRIBUNA reports.

The session is attended by representatives of the CEC, the Action and Solidarity Party, the Patriotic Bloc, and Democracy at Home.

The Alternative Bloc and Our Party are not participating in the process.
