The Constitutional Court is set to issue its ruling on October 16, 2025, regarding the results of the parliamentary elections held on September 28, 2025, and the validation of the mandates of the elected deputies, reports TRIBUNA.
It is worth recalling that on October 6, 2025, the Central Electoral Commission submitted to the Constitutional Court the minutes, report, and electoral documents concerning the confirmation of the results of the September 28 parliamentary elections and the validation of the mandates of the elected deputies.
According to Article 125, paragraph (2) of the Electoral Code, the Constitutional Court shall confirm or reject the legality of the elections within 10 days from the receipt of the electoral documents, but not before the final resolution of any complaints submitted in accordance with the procedures established by law, by the electoral bodies and judicial authorities.
