The Socialist politician stated that, due to numerous violations, they have submitted dozens of complaints to the Central Electoral Commission.

“We intend to go through all the legal stages of contestation. If the CEC rejects our complaints, we will appeal to the Court of Appeal, then to the Supreme Court of Justice and the Constitutional Court.

The abusive use of administrative resources, obstruction of access to polling stations for voters from Transnistria, exclusion of opposition parties from the elections, and a series of other violations require thorough investigation,” he added.
