Parliamentary Elections: Around 4,600 Calls Received by the Voter Information Call Center

A total of 4,579 calls were received by operators of the Voter Information Hotline during the parliamentary elections held on September 28, 2025. The hotline operated from August 12 to September 29, 2025, providing informational support to all parties involved in the electoral process, according to TRIBUNA.

Upon the conclusion of the Call Center’s activity, the leadership of the Central Electoral Commission expressed appreciation to the operators who responded to callers’ questions, as well as to the administration of the Center for Information Technologies in Finance—a trusted partner in organizing the hotline’s operations.

Beneficiaries of the informational support included voters, registrars, operators, electoral officials, representatives of electoral contestants, and observers. An analysis of the entire operational period shows that the majority of inquiries came from citizens—3,453 calls, accounting for 74.86% of the total.

As for the topics addressed, the most frequent questions concerned voting procedures: where to obtain a voting rights certificate, the address of the assigned polling station, required voting documents, voting at the place of residence, how students vote, how individuals without a registered domicile or residence vote, and how citizens abroad can cast their ballots.
