Conscripts and contract soldiers of the National Army will exercise their constitutional right to vote on Sunday, September 28, during the parliamentary elections in the Republic of Moldova, reports TRIBUNA, citing the Ministry of Defense.
Soldiers stationed in the Bălți, Cahul, and Chișinău garrisons will be able to vote at polling stations located within the electoral district of their military unit, using their identity cards.
Additionally, Moldovan peacekeepers deployed in international missions will have the opportunity to vote at designated polling stations abroad: those serving in the Kosovo region under the KFOR operation will vote at the station in Sofia, Bulgaria, while soldiers participating in the EUFOR ALTHEA mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina will vote at the station in Timișoara, Romania.
