Irina Vlah, president of the Republican Party “Heart of Moldova”, has been banned from entering Poland for a period of five years, TRIBUNA reports.

“The decision was made in light of Ms. Irina Vlah’s activities, which run counter to the interests of the Republic of Poland and its efforts to maintain regional stability,” Polish authorities stated, citing the politician’s ties to the Russian Federation.

Previously, similar sanctions were imposed on Vlah by Canada and Lithuania.
