The Embassy of the United States of America in the Republic of Moldova announced the arrival of Nick Pietrowicz as Chargé d’Affaires of the US Embassy, TRIBUNA reports.

„We welcome Nick Pietrowicz to Moldova as the U.S. Chargé d’Affaires.

A career member of the Foreign Service, Mr. Pietrowicz is a Diplomatic Security Service Special Agent with previous overseas tours in Port au Prince, Kabul, N’Djamena, Luanda, Canberra, and Sarajevo.

Mr. Pietrowicz served at U.S. Embassy Chisinau as the Regional Security Officer from 2008-2011. He is an alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh and Temple University’s School of Law.

Mr. Pietrowicz has studied French, Portuguese, Russian, and Serbo-Croatian, and Romanian. In his free time, he enjoys running, reading, and exploring America” – announced the diplomatic mission.
