Maia Sandu won the presidential elections

Maia Sandu, the candidate of the Action and Solidarity Party, won the presidential elections, obtaining a second term as President, informs TRIBUNA.

After processing 99.86% of the minutes, Maia Sandu obtained 55.41% or 930 512 votes.

Alexandr Stoianoglo, the candidate of the Socialist Party of the Republic of Moldova, obtained 44.59% or 748,781 votes.

3 minutes from polling stations abroad are to be processed.

We specify that the turnout was 54.32% or 1,699,362 voters.
