After processing 100% of the votes, Maia Sandu, the candidate of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) in the presidential elections, accumulated 42.45% or 656,354 votes, informs TRIBUNA.
Alexandr Stoianoglo, the candidate of the Party of Socialists from the Republic of Moldova, obtained 25.98% or 401,726 votes.
The preliminary information shows that none of the 11 candidates for the position of President of the Republic of Moldova has accumulated at least half of the votes of the voters who participated in the elections, the second round of voting is organized with the participation of the first two candidates who gathered the largest number of votes in the first round.
