Today the election campaign officially begins. On this occasion, the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) published the exhortations of the members and management of the institutions to the electoral contestants and voters, informs TRIBUNA. 

“On October 20, citizens are called to vote for the election of the country’s President and for participation in the republican constitutional referendum regarding the European course of the Republic of Moldova.

The members of the Central Electoral Commission urge the conduct of a campaign according to the principles of fairness, transparency, legality and respect for citizens” – mentions the CEC.
