Maia Sandu is officially a candidate for the position of President of the Republic of Moldova in the current October 20 elections, being the second candidate with valid documents. The decision was approved today by the Central Electoral Commission, informs TRIBUNA.

We remind you that, for registration in the electoral race, the initiative group in support of Maia Sandu submitted 25,000 signatures and the package of necessary documents to the CEC on September 6.
