On August 27, on the occasion of Independence Day, the Republic of Moldova will be visited by the presidents of the three Baltic countries: Alar Karis, the President of Estonia; Edgars Rinkēvičs, President of Latvia; and Gitanas Nausėda, President of Lithuania, informs TRIBUNA.
“The presence of these leaders in Chisinau is proof of the constant and solid support that the Baltic countries give to the Republic of Moldova in our European journey. The Baltic States, members of the European Union since 2004, represent a successful model in terms of increasing the standard of living through EU accession.
Fortunately, in these twenty years, real wages have tripled, and the poverty level has halved” – announced the Presidency.
