The President of the Parliament, Igor Grosu, invites the citizens of the Republic of Moldova to hoist the tricolor tomorrow, on the State Flag Day. In today’s plenary session, the head of the legislature urged fellow citizens to wear the flag with pride wherever they are, at home or in the diaspora, informs TRIBUNA.

“The tricolor is the symbol with which we acquired our independence, freedom and sovereignty, the right to choose for ourselves the path we want to follow. Let’s let everyone who has the opportunity fly the tricolor on this day. Let’s carry this flag with pride wherever we are, at home or in the diaspora”, said the President of the Parliament.

On the occasion of the State Flag Day, a group of 3rd grade students from the gymnasium in Geamănă, Anenii Noi district, presented a poetry recital about the tricolor in the plenary session of the Parliament.
