Ambassador Logsdon met with Minister of Justice Veronica Mihailov-Moraru to discuss progress on justice sector reform and U.S. support for Moldova’s efforts to ensure an independent justice sector.

The Ambassador welcomed the completion of the pre-vetting process for the Superior Council of Magistracy and the return of the SCM to full functionality.
