He has not decided whether he will go to Parliament or will remain at the City Hall, but he admits he has a regret! Alexandru Botnari: "I worked here 16 years"

The democrat deputy Alexandru Botnari, mayor of Hincesti, vice-president of PDM, has not decided whether he remains in the City Hall or will go to Legislative.

Asked by TRIBUNA, Alexandru Botnari said he will make a decision next week.

At the same time, being asked whether, if he decides to go to Parliament, has some regrets about the activity of Mayor, Alexandru Botnari answered affirmatively.

“Yes, I regret, because I worked here for 16 years. It’s also a habit – that every day you invent something to do better for citizens, then see the results of your work. In Parliament, I do not know what the results will be, to get pure moral satisfaction from what you do, “concluded Botnari.

It should be mentioned that the position is incompatible with the functions of the local public administration, respectively the elected deputy is to decide within 30 days whether he remains in the Parliament or continues his activity as a local elected.

Alexandru Botnari is the mayor of Hincesti from 2003 until now.
