The draft legislative acts submitted by a group of 26 deputies were registered in the entry register of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova on 22 March.
As TRIBUNA informs, according to a press release, the Legal Directorate of Parliament is due to exposing itself in the forthcoming period on the procedure and conditions for introducing the documents concerned into the legislative procedure.
“We recall that draft legislative acts and legislative proposals are, by convention, filed on behalf of the Permanent Bureau and distributed for reporting and endorsement by the order of the President of the Parliament, according to Rules of Procedure of Parliament. The procedure for registration of draft acts and legislative proposals is stipulated in article 47 -48 of the proposed law. Upon registration, no later than 5 working days after the date of inclusion in the legislative procedure, the draft legislative acts, the legislative proposals, as well as the documents referred to in Article 47 paragraph (6), shall be placedon the website of the Parliament. “
It is worth mentioning that the Rules of Procedure of Parliament is an organic law approved on 2 April 1996. The last amendments and additions to the law were made in April 2007.
It is worth mentioning that those 26 are the deputies elected on the list of the Bloc NOW.
