The Electoral Block NOW – The  DA Platform and PAS today launched its commitment in the field of education, TRIBUNA informs.

Candidate of the electoral bloc NOW in the constituency no. 50, the leader of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS), Maia Sandu, referred to the importance of educational reforms.

“The educational system in our country faces many problems lately. Many teachers left the system. Young people do not want to become professors for economic reasons. Education is poorly funded. We, the bloc NOW, know what we need to do to build an educational system according to this situation. We aim to increase and use education resources to improve conditions. At the same time, we will ensure access to quality education for all children and young people”, said Sandu.

The candidate of the bloc NOW on the constituency 33, leader of the Dignity and Truth Platform, Andrei Nastase, talked about the role of the proposed commitments. “The commitments represent the solving of the problems which the Republic of Moldova faces for many years. The situation in the education system is very difficult today, most of the school directors are politically appointed. Educators, teachers will have the wages they deserve. It is very important to give dignity to teachers, ” said Nastase.
