Maia Sandu explains why she decided to run for parliamentary elections on a party list and in a uninominal constituency

The leader of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS), Maia Sandu said why she decided to run for the parliamentary elections in a uninominalconstituency but on a party list, too.

As TRIBUNA informs, Maia Sandu mentions that on the list it must be known people to make it attractive and she is sure she can mobilize people to vote in a constituency.

“Because I know that I can mobilize people from a electoral constituency, from a large constituency, like the constituency of Western Europe, to voting, and at the same time, it is important to have the known people to do this team, this list attractive. We, the leaders of the two parties, are the best known because we have been more in the public eye, and people know us more than some of our colleagues”, Maia Sandu said in an interview for Free Europe Radio.
