A special website dedicated to the 19 November referendum on the dismissal of Chisinau mayor, www.demisia.md, was launched in Chisinau today.

The site refers to more issues of the Chisinau municipality and illegal acts committed by the municipality, personally by Dorin Chirtoaca and the members of his family, about which mass media has been writing in the last years.

Investigations carried out by diverse media institutions from Moldova are taken over on the website.

The site is structured on more columns: About Referendum, City’s Problems, Corruption in City Hall, Illegal Constructions, Ecology. The materials published or re-published on the site relate to: Business of Dumpsters, Ecological Bomb from Chisinau Municipality, Tenders with Low Reputation, Exdrupo Municipal Enterprise, Foul-smelling Millions at Water Purifying Station, etc.

A special division of the site is dedicated to the referendum: how, by whom, why the legal procedures are organized, how one can participate, etc.

Also, the site gives room to issues of architecture, social, security issues, problems dealing with roads, education issues, etc.

The site contains also an opinion poll on the intention to participate in the referendum from 19 November and most of those who have voted so far said they would go the plebiscite.
