The number of voters registered in the State Register of Voters as of October 1, 2026, stands at 3,306,682, TRIBUNA reports.

Of the total number of voters registered in the State Register of Voters, 2,763,709 citizens with voting rights are assigned to second-level administrative-territorial units.

The difference consists of Moldovan citizens who do not have a registered domicile or residence, including those who have officially emigrated abroad (264,122 people), as well as citizens with voting rights whose registered domicile is in the administrative-territorial units on the left bank of the Dniester, which are temporarily outside the sovereign control of Moldova’s constitutional authorities (278,851 people).
